"Reliable and easy enough"
Transit was reliable overall. I didn’t run into any major issues, and everything went about as expected. Nothing flashy, but it definitely got the job done.

"Clean and Better Than Others I’ve Used"
The container was really clean when it arrived, which I appreciated. I’ve rented from a few other companies before where the containers looked worn out or dirty, so this was definitely a better experience overall.

"Easy to Communicate With"

It was dropped close to the spot, so I guess that’s something. I still had to move my car and adjust my parking a bit, which wasn’t exactly ideal, but sure, close enough apparently...

The service itself was fine overall, but when I got to the final price, there were extra fees I hadn’t really noticed at first. That part was weird, and I wish they had made it a lot clearer upfront.

I had my pods container stored at their facility, and getting to my things was really straightforward. I just called ahead, showed up, and they already had it ready for me. Parking was easy too, which is always a plus. I’d imagine other customers would appreciate how simple and hassle-free the whole process is. It worked out great for me

"I had to cancel my PODS order..."
I had to cancel my PODS order super last minute, and I was fully expecting it to be one of those situations where canceling anything is always a giant headache. But it really wasn’t. The rep was calm, walked me through everything, and I got the confirmation quickly. No weird runaround, no pressure to keep it, none of that annoying stuff companies usually do. I really appreciated it because moving is stressful enough on its own.

"Convenient, but not perfect"
Using the PODS container was helpful overall. I liked that it sat low to the ground, so we didn’t have to deal with a steep ramp like you would with a moving truck. Being able to load it over a couple of days made the whole move feel a lot less rushed. That said, the door was a little stiff and kind of annoying at times. Still, even with that small hassle, it definitely made moving less stressful.

"Wish I’d Worried Less"
We used PODS while we were in between places, i regret stressing about the security as much as I did. I was nervous leaving all our stuff for that long, but the container stayed locked up and everything was exactly how we left it when we got it back. Nothing was messed with, which was a huge relief. I’d definitely use them again.

"Quick help right when I needed it"
I had a question about my delivery window and customer service got back to me super fast. The person I talked to was really nice and got everything sorted without making me go back and forth a bunch. Definitely appreciated the easy help 🙂

I was a little confused at first because I expected the container to be kind of dusty or have some weird smell, but it was clean inside and completely dry. No gross odor, no dust everywhere, so overall I was pleasantly surprised.

I used PODS for my move, i was pleased with it. I’m a little biased because I’m the kind of person who over-worries about furniture and boxes getting damaged, but most of our stuff came out just fine. The blankets and tie-downs definitely made a big difference. One box did get a dent, but nothing inside broke, so I can’t complain too much. Overall, I felt like PODS did a solid job protecting our things.

"They were super helpful with the permit details..."
They were super helpful with the permit details and figuring out exactly where the dumpster should go on the driveway. I was worried about little things like blocking the garage, leaving enough room for the car door to open, and not having it sit too close to the curb. They walked me through it and definitely saved me a headache...

They showed up late, which was frustrating, though I’ll give the driver credit for calling ahead to let me know. Still, the whole experience felt impersonal. It would’ve been nice to actually talk to a real person instead of feeling like everything was handled through automated updates.
