"Everything went fine with our pod being…"
Everything went fine with our pod being picked up and delivered on time like promised but when we opened it up and started removing our merchandise we found that the floor had been busted through and two or three spots causing damage to a lot of our merchandise in the pod the floor was actually ripped up or you could put your foot through the floor and touch the ground we have pictures of it and we did file a claim with them hopefully they take care of all our damage merchandise

"Fantastic Customer Service!!"
The customer service is absolutely amazing!
I was able to schedule 2 pods for a move over 1000 miles away and coordinate pick up and delivery seamlessly in the middle of a pandemic. Every single person I spoke to was absolutely fantastic! Thank you Pods!!!
